Artplastica Plastic Surgery Clinic organizes the casting for all those who dream of changing the shape of the nose. Of all the applications sent by an e-mail we will choose finalists who will be invited to Artplastica for a consultation with the plastic surgeon. Following the consultations, we will take the final decision on which of the participants will qualify for the surgery.
A person selected from the submitted applications, will get a free nose correction in exchange for personal release agreement, so the footage from the operation can be available online for promotional purposes.

Your application should contain:
- Short information, why you would like to have a surgery;
- Three pictures of the nose: front, profile and image of the nostrils;
- Your first name, last name, date of birth, address and contact number.
Applications can be sent by 31st of August 2014.
Artplastica Plastic Surgery Clinic reserves the right to cancel the casting or end it before the time of its termination without cause, and to qualify for the surgery any number of participants. The footage attached with the application will be used solely for the purpose of casting.
